Air Fryer Tenderstem Broccoli

  • 1 pound tenderstem broccoli or broccolini
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and trim the ends off the broccoli if needed. Cut any large stems in half lengthwise.
    1 pound tenderstem broccoli or broccolini
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
    2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, ½ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper
  • Arrange the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 356°F (180°C) for 6-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

* Check broccoli and shake the basket periodically for even cooking. Add a minute or two if needed.
* For a toasted, crunchy texture, air fry a minute or two longer.
* Adjust seasonings to taste. A squeeze of lemon juice adds a nice brightness.
