Air fryer broccoli and cauliflower florets are tossed in oil & spices and air fried until crispy and tender in just 10 minutes! The perfect veggie side dish for any meal!

  • ½ pound broccoli florets about 1½ - 2 cups, cut from fresh broccoli
  • ½ pound cauliflower florets about 1½ - 2 cups, cut from fresh cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the broccoli and cauliflower florets into similar sized pieces, about 1-2 inches wide.
  • In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the vegetables to the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd.
  • Air fry at 180°C/355°F for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway through cook time.
  • Veggies are done when lightly browned and tender. Enjoy!

Notes

* Adjust cook time as needed based on the size of your air fryer and vegetables.
* Add any additional desired seasonings. Lemon juice or Parmesan cheese make tasty additions.
