Air fryer broccoli and cauliflower florets are tossed in oil & spices and air fried until crispy and tender in just 10 minutes! The perfect veggie side dish for any meal!
½poundbroccoli floretsabout 1½ - 2 cups, cut from fresh broccoli
½poundcauliflower floretsabout 1½ - 2 cups, cut from fresh cauliflower
1Tbsp.olive oil
½tsp.garlic powder
½tsp.onion powder
¼tsp.salt
¼tsp.black pepper
Instructions
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower florets into similar sized pieces, about 1-2 inches wide.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
Transfer the vegetables to the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd.
Air fry at 180°C/355°F for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway through cook time.
Veggies are done when lightly browned and tender. Enjoy!
Notes
* Adjust cook time as needed based on the size of your air fryer and vegetables.* Add any additional desired seasonings. Lemon juice or Parmesan cheese make tasty additions.
