  • 1 pound baby potatoes sliced in half
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Ranch dipping sauce to serve

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, toss together the potatoes, olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper until the potatoes are well coated.
    1 pound baby potatoes, 2 tablespoon olive oil, ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Check potatoes for doneness, frying for a few more minutes if needed.
  • Serve the air fryer parmesan potatoes warm, with ranch dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!
