Frozen Roast Potatoes in Air Fryer

Whip up a side of deliciously crispy roast potatoes in just minutes with this foolproof frozen roast potato recipe made right in the air fryer! With the short cook time, simple ingredients, and ease of just tossing them in the air fryer basket, these frozen potatoes become an easy anytime side.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag Frozen Roast Potatoes use your favorite brand!
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Olive oil in sprayer bottle or drizzle over the potatoes as is
  • 1 tsp. Sea salt
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat - Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F to get the hot air circulating.
  • Toss Potatoes in Oil - In the air fryer basket or in a small bowl, add the frozen potatoes and spray or drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
    1 Bag Frozen Roast Potatoes, 1-2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • Season - Sprinkle the oiled potatoes with salt and black pepper and toss again to distribute the seasoning.
    1 tsp. Sea salt, 1 tsp. Black pepper
  • Add to Air Fryer - Add the seasoned frozen potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer and arrange in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Mist with Oil - Lightly mist the top of the potatoes with more olive oil for extra crispness.
  • Air Fry - Cook at 400°F for 15-20 minutes cooking time, shaking halfway, until browned and fork tender.
