In a large bowl, toss the sliced baby potatoes with the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well coated.
Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cook time, until the potatoes are fork tender and lightly browned.
Remove from air fryer and serve immediately, garnished with a little extra dried oregano if desired.
