  • Frozen samosas as many as desired
  • Cooking spray or oil for brushing optional
  • Dipping sauces such as mint chutney, tamarind chutney, or yogurt dip for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Place the frozen samosas in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer and not touching each other.

  • If desired, lightly coat the samosas with cooking spray or brush them with oil for a golden and crispier crust.

  • Cook the samosas in the air fryer for 8 - 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of a samosa; it should come out hot and the crust should be golden brown.
  • Once done, carefully remove the samosas from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve the crispy samosas with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!
