Sauté the onion in olive oil until tender, about 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and saute for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add white wine and deglaze the pot. Add vegetable broth, salt, and pepper, cream, cream cheese, and parmesan.
Break your long pasta in half and add to pot. Add lemon juice. Mix well and then push the pasta down into the sauce. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and cook.
Release naturally for 5 minutes. Then release any remaining pressure and open. Mix the pasta and sauce well.
Serve immediately with chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices.
